From the beginning of the forest, the western path has Lass Joana then 5 Poké Balls in the patch of grass to the west of her. Go to the northward of that path to find Problems Catcher Brian. Further north and then a bit to the west is a Tiny Mushroom, an item that has no purpose other than to sell for

Head back towards the east until you find a sign with some Trainer Tips on it side by side to an Antidote. You tin then get south to return to the entrance.
At present, caput over to the east, fighting against Bug Catcher Rick and continuing e into the patch of grass that has 3 Razz Berries in it. Pick those up and then travel north until y'all meet the path fork — the western side has a lot of alpine grass while the eastern side has a fight against Lass Brittany.
