From the beginning of the forest, the western path has Lass Joana then 5 Poké Balls in the patch of grass to the west of her. Go to the northward of that path to find Problems Catcher Brian. Further north and then a bit to the west is a Tiny Mushroom, an item that has no purpose other than to sell for Pokédollar250.

Head back towards the east until you find a sign with some Trainer Tips on it side by side to an Antidote. You tin then get south to return to the entrance.

At present, caput over to the east, fighting against Bug Catcher Rick and continuing e into the patch of grass that has 3 Razz Berries in it. Pick those up and then travel north until y'all meet the path fork — the western side has a lot of alpine grass while the eastern side has a fight against Lass Brittany.

Farther north is some other branching path, although both directions will take you to the same location. The 1 to the north has a very sneaky Potion hiding behind a tree, though it isn't really a "subconscious" detail despite being quite well-hidden. Other than that, it'due south an empty, uneventful path. The other "exciting" path has you lot fight against Problems Catcher Doug and also takes you through a bit more tall grass.

Keep along the path to the due south until y'all observe Lass Jocelyn that you'll have to fight. You lot're getting close to the end, don't worry! Get past her, wrap around the bend and then head south again.

One time you see a signpost, swing to the right to catch a Lure, which is an particular that boosts the rate Pokémon spawn in the wild for a little bit, and so continue following the path west and and so north until you lot reach the final Trainer of the forest — Bug Catcher Sammy. Take down his Metapod and and then head north into the building and go along back onto Road ii.
